Ebony is a graduate of the European School of Osteopathy and is committed to holistic, patient-centred care. She has a special interest in working with families, children and babies, having spent four years developing her skills in cranial osteopathy under experienced tutors. She continues to expand her expertise to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Alongside her clinic work, Ebony has four years’ experience supporting athletes across a range of football teams, giving her practical insight into sports injuries, performance support and rehabilitation. She is also qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.

Outside the clinic, Ebony enjoys baking, spending time with friends and keeping active at the gym. She grew up playing a variety of sports, with dance as her main focus, and has travelled to compete and perform.

Tom, a graduate of the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s Degree, brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. Complementing his qualifications, he specializes in Sports Massage Therapy, Dry Needling Techniques, and Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy.

His treatment approach seamlessly integrates mobilisation and manipulation techniques, soft tissue work, and targeted dry needling of muscles. He customizes exercise regimens to facilitate injury rehabilitation and prevent recurrence.

Karen Cudmore is a Level 5 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist with a BSc in Sports Science from Nottingham Trent University. Trained at NLSSM, she brings an elite-performance mindset with warm, practical care. Most recently, Karen spent three months supporting students at The Royal Ballet School, helping them manage high training loads, recover well, and stay performance-ready.

A competitive runner for Medway & Maidstone AC over the past six years, she races in the Veterans League track, Kent and National cross-country events, and marathons. She has also climbed and competed at national adult gymnastics events. Having navigated her own injuries, Karen understands how frustrating niggles can be—and how targeted soft tissue therapy can keep you doing what you love.

Daniel graduated in Physiotherapy in 2012 from the Tor Vergata University in Rome, Daniel has experience in rehabilitating a wide variety of conditions from neurological and orthopaedics to classic neck and back pain having worked both in the hospital and multi-disciplinary clinic environments.

Daniel’s work in the hospitals saw him helping and supporting people affected by Parkinson ’s disease and stroke, as well as working with amputees.

Whilst working within physiotherapy Daniel realised that many of his patients would also benefit from osteopathy, therefore before moving to the United Kingdom, he took an integrated course in Osteopathy at the International College of Osteopathic Manual Medicine in Rome. This was then followed by a Master degree in Osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy.

Daniel is passionate about continually developing new skills which complement his work as a physiotherapist and osteopath. This has included completing courses on kinesiology, sports taping, acupuncture and global postural re-education with Professor Philippe E. Souchard.

Blain graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 with a Master’s in Osteopathic Medicine and a Diploma in Naturopathy

After graduating, Blain moved back to his hometown of Warrenpoint, N.Ireland where he began establishing his clinic over the next four years. Whilst doing this he worked alongside three osteopaths improving his skills and knowledge.

Blain has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, joint pain and sporting related injuries. He treats with a strong emphasis on hands on treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation, dietary and lifestyle changes to help improve his patient’s recovery.

In his spare time Blain enjoy’s everything from cookery to tech. He has an established background in hurling and gaelic football having played competitively at club and county level.

Meet Luke Reeves – Sports Massage Therapist Luke brings a strong academic and practical background to the clinic, holding a BSc in Sport Science and an MSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, Twickenham. Since completing his studies in 2023, he has worked hands-on with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, combining clinical insight with real-world sports therapy experience.

Luke has supported athletes pitch-side in rugby and led outdoor group exercise sessions in the local community—giving him a well-rounded understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers.

As a former competitive runner with Tonbridge Athletics Club, Luke represented Kent and achieved a personal best of 2:46:25 in his first marathon—so he knows what it takes to keep a body performing at its best.
